What are the delivery time slots?
Our standard delivery starts from 10.00am for weekday with two different time slots:
1. 1000 hours- 1400hours
2. 1400 hours -1930hours
Simply indicate your preferred time slot during check out.
Is there a delivery charges?
We provide free delivery with min spend of SGD180.00 and above. Anything below will require to pay for Standard delivery charge at SGD18.00 per location. We deliver for island wide except for Tuas, Jurong Island, Army Camp, Police Camp, Airline Road. Additional surcharge of SGD10.00 for Sentosa island ,all campus,hospitals and places that require undergo security checks.
What happens if the delivery unsuccessful?
Our couriers will wait maximum 10 minutes, in the event that the recipient is uncontactable and unable to leave outside doorstep; buyer can opt for re-delivery for next available time slot with surcharge of SGD 18.00 or choose for self-collection.
How many days in advance you need to place your order?
We strongly suggest to place your order 2-3 days in advance. We do provide next day delivery with cut off time of 1200 noon the day before, subject to our availability.

Do you have minimum spend for event/ wedding?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of SGD2500 and above. Whatever it is you're celebrating, we customise to all event/wedding to suit all occasions. We seek for your kind understanding as we required to fulfil min. quantities/amount of flowers in order to customized procured items from our trusted vendors.
